What you'll get to do
Sales and Education
- Develop and execute strategic business plans, consistently exceeding financial and sell-through objectives.
- Drive brand performance by aligning sales goals, marketing activations, and merchandising strategies with BYREDO’s vision
- Leverage consumer insights and sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize retail execution
- Conduct weekly business analyses to track sales trends and proactively implement action plans
- Plan and negotiate impactful in-store events, activations, and promotions to enhance consumer engagement
- Manage and optimize corporate budgets while adhering to company guidelines.
- Lead training initiatives in collaboration with the education team to elevate brand knowledge and sales techniques
- Partner with the Field Sales Team to assess the needs of retail partners and their teams, ensuring seamless brand execution
- Inspire and develop Beauty Advisors and Fragrance Experts, fostering a culture of creativity and brand passion
- Embody the BYREDO ethos through professionalism, authenticity, and innovation
- Ensure brand storytelling is effectively communicated at the counter through one-on-one coaching and immersive experiences
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with retailers, brand ambassadors, fragrance specialists, and corporate stakeholders.
- Serve as a key business partner to store leadership, collaborating on sales strategies, business opportunities, and brand initiatives.
- Partner with the Visual Merchandising and Store Design team to create impactful in-store displays aligned with BYREDO’s aesthetic
- Ensure visual merchandising consistently reflects brand identity and adheres to corporate guidelines
- Lead recruitment, training, and ongoing development of in-store sales teams to drive performance and elevate BYREDO’s positioning in the luxury market
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail
- Proven success in building relationships with key retailers and luxury consumers
- Experience in fragrance and beauty, with a deep appreciation for BYREDO’s artistry and craftsmanship
- A track record of exceeding sales performance goals and executing impactful brand activations
- Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills to inspire in-store teams
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail
- A passion for storytelling, creativity, and experiential retail
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel within the region with a valid driver’s license
