
Global Talent Manager - Travel Retail

The Opportunity
We are seeking a Global Talent Manager to join our dynamic Travel Retail HR team. Based in Nyon, Switzerland, this role will support the full Travel Retail global organization—across the Middle East, Americas, Asia Pacific, and Europe. This strategic position is instrumental in leading and embedding best-in-class Talent Management practices, HR initiatives, and cultural programs across diverse markets and teams.
The successful candidate will possess deep experience in global HR leadership, a passion for talent development, and a track record of success within international, multicultural environments.
What you'll get to do
Talent Management & Development
- Design, lead, and implement talent development programs aligned with Puig’s global people strategy and tailored for the needs of Travel Retail.
- Drive the identification and development of high-potential talent across regions through succession planning, talent review mapping, and career pathing.
- Partner with functional leaders to build regional and global talent pipelines and mobility strategies.
Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with regional HR partners and Talent Acquisition teams to oversee key hiring campaigns and strategic workforce planning across markets.
- Promote employer branding initiatives tailored to the Travel Retail landscape.
- Ensure recruitment practices support our DEIB goals and reflect our values globally.
DEIB & ESG Initiatives
- Localize and implement Puig’s global DEIB roadmap within the Travel Retail division, as well as adapted to each region, ensuring cultural relevancy and inclusivity across all regions.
- Champion diverse representation in leadership and development programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) agenda in alignment with Puig’s global commitments.
Employee Experience & Wellbeing
- Drive global employee engagement strategies including listening mechanisms, recognition programs, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Act as a culture ambassador, promoting inclusive leadership and psychological safety in all people practices.
People Strategy & HR Project Leadership
- Partner with the Global HR VP and regional HRBPs to deploy the Travel Retail HR strategy globally.
- Lead and support global and regional HR transformation and change management projects.
- Design and deliver relevant HR dashboards and people analytics for strategic decision-making.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering, or Organizational Development roles.
- Proven experience in global HR roles within international consumer goods, beauty, retail, or luxury industries.
- Strong track record of designing and delivering global HR programs across regions and cultures.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and matrixed organizations.

- You are a strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities.
- You have a strong intercultural sensitivity and global mindset.
- You have excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- You are fluent in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) are a plus.
