Education Trainer

Mission

As Education Trainer you will be responsible for the EMAD (European Mediterranean and African Distributors) training strategy for the brands of the PUIG group (Paco Rabanne, Carolina Herrera, Jean Paul Gaultier, Nina Ricci, and selected niche brands such as Comme de Garçons, Penhaligon's, L'Artisan Perfumer), developing efficient programs/ assets and content considering:

  • different stakeholders in the assigned markets (internal and external);
  • different distributors (knowledge of the market);
  • the allocated annual budget.

 

 

Key Functions & Responsibilities

Acquisition and development of expertise

• You ensure the expertise and skills development of internal and external stakeholders on two priority subjects: fragrance culture and make-up (development of modules, execution, field support for our internal and external sales forces).

• You support the local distributor’s teams and trainers on sharing available tools provided by the Brands for the specific projects (ex. product presentations, tools, etc.).

Development of digital projects

• Digital Brand Experience App: You are responsible for the kickoff and roll out plan of the BE App for the EMAD region. You are responsible for the annual strategy and the editorial calendar to retain learners. You ensure that the content is faithful to the image of our brands, inciting and engaging, while controlling the allocated budget and proposing innovation.

• E-Learning: You follow the agreements planned with the brands concerning the deployment of E-learnings and ensure differentiating and fun content adapted to each Distributor.

Event activity

• Lead and align with local distributor’s trainers the yearly training plan.

• For “Train the Trainers” internal event, lead the project from the brief to the agencies to the successful completion of the event.

Development of tools for the points of sale

• Support the local distributor’s team and trainers (distributors meetings, specific events, etc.), and train them during seminars including sharing all the tools needed for the product presentations in store or to the retailer’s teams.

• Work cross functionally with the EMAD team, the Distributors, and the global Education teams to develop/ adapt content.

 

Requirements

Experience:

• Solid training experience in the world of luxury and cosmetics (perfume and make-up) in the EMAD region.

• Strong expertise in digital and content development.

• Master sales techniques and team coaching. You have already managed a team.

Education:

Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline (BAC+4/5).

Languages:

• Excellent command of English is mandatory, French, and Spanish is an advantage.

Competencies:

• Charismatic and comfortable with public speaking.

• Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate, with the ability to motivate a group and pass on your knowledge.

• Proactive, flexible to adapt to all brands and deadlines.
