The Global and EMEA Travel Retail (GTR) Brand Manager will establish Travel Retail as a brand building platform through global projects and specific initiatives dedicated to Travel Retail, based on consumer insights and market needs.

The Global and EMEA Travel Retail Brand Manager will prepare and implement Marketing Plans for brand/s to accomplish objectives fixed in terms of image, market share, net revenues and profitability.


Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Define & implement EMEA Travel Retail Marketing Strategy for the assigned Brand/s
  • Define priorities by Brand’s universe and geographical market
  • Ensure a smooth coordination of all marketing actions with brand teams
  • Support the Retail & Marketing Director and Sales teams in identifying growth opportunities, needs (Digital, innovation, sets, promos, gwps, special formats) and adapting marketing strategy
  • Develop 360° animations in coordination with Brands, In Store and Sales teams
  • Analyse and leverage specific market analysis, insights and benchmarks to maximize Marketing Plans: promo, POS, GWPs, coffrets, formats, temporary animation, etc…
  • Launch feedback analysis
  • Coordinate merchandising guidelines & in-store activities with In-Store team
  • Drive forecasting process (CPS), aligned with demand planning, brand priorities and growth objectives
  • Establish pricing strategy
  • Establish Travel Retail active SKU assortment
  • Ensure coherency of the Marketing Plan mix (including media, digital, press relation…)
  • Lead category management optimization to ensure growth ambitions achievements
  • Align and coordinate global strategies with head quarters



  • Experience:
  • At least 7 years on brand management
  • An experience in fragrance/make-up industry highly desired.
  • An experience in Travel Retail would be a plus.
  • Education: Master in Business Administration, International Marketing.
  • Languages: English Fluent ideally native, other European languages such as French or Spanish would be a plus.
  • Competencies: Consumer centric, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation-driven, team player & cooperation, communication effectiveness, integrity and trust, managing diversity and multiple stakeholders.
  • Specific Knowledge required: Strong interest in travel retail industry, retail trends, innovation and digital passion about the fragrance/beauty and luxury industry.
