The Opportunity

Dr. Barbara Sturm, one of the most sought-after aesthetic doctors in the world, drew on two decades of anti-inflammatory research and practice to create her high performance, ingredient science-focused skin care regimens.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Skincare Expert to join our Dr Barbara Sturm team in Dubai. You will be based in a luxury department store environment providing exceptional customer service, expert skincare consultations whilst achieving sales targets.

What you'll get to do

The Skin Expert's overall mission is to achieve sales targets by delivering a unique & luxurious shopper experience every time, anticipating the shoppers’ needs and thus meeting their expectations. Being responsible for giving sound skin care advice and guiding clients through skin care and allergy routines with suitable products. Demonstrate professional treatment consultation and applications!

The key responsibilities will include:

Increase brand awareness, build shoppers’ loyalty while respecting counter processes.
Embodying brand values in customer interactions, staying updated on brand and market trends, and fostering team collaboration.
Diligent customer relationship management through database upkeep
Daily sell-out reporting, and proactive stock communication.
Providing a luxurious customer experience
Offer tailored skincare advice, client follow-ups
Maintaining merchandising standards to ensure a seamless in-store experience.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Proven retail experience, preferably within beauty, ideally skincare.
Experience in skincare consultation, esthetics, or as a skincare brand specialist; experience with luxury skincare brands is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills & comfortable engaging with clients
Fluency in English, Arabic or Russian are a plus.
