The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your professional skills while gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business, brands, and category innovations. You will be exposed to multiple functions within the Marketing department and understand how they collaborate with the wider organization.
The primary objective of this role is to support the definition and execution of marketing plans and key initiatives, ensuring strong local adaptation of global brand strategies.
The Marketing Graduate Programme is a structured two-year journey within our Middle East Marketing team. During this time, you will work on impactful projects across brands including Carolina Herrera, Byredo, Penhaligon’s, Christian Louboutin Beauty, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier. You will gain hands-on experience in brand management and marketing, rotating across different assignments and contributing to business success from day one.
This role is ideal for a proactive and entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects, and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. What you'll get to do
Launch Support
- Support the planning and execution of key launches and category projects in line with the marketing calendar
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver 360° launch plans
- Coordinate the delivery and adaptation of assets and copy for retailers and media agencies
Product Marketing
- Maintain and update marketing tools including calendars, assortments, and price lists
- Manage allocation and distribution of non-saleable items within budget and timelines
- Support forecasting processes during quarterly planning cycles
- Monitor stock levels and collaborate closely with Demand Planning
Budget & Pricing
- Manage purchase order (PO) processes
- Support retail teams with tools and materials for ongoing needs and key activations (e.g. GWPs, samples)
Presentations & Analysis
- Support the preparation of brand reviews, including campaign performance analysis
- Assist in presentations for retailer meetings, leadership reviews, and brand alignment sessions
- Monitor competitor and media activity across channels and share insights with the team
- Prepare monthly competitor reports and cascade key updates

Requirements:
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in Marketing support roles
- Education: Recently graduated with a Bachelor/ master’s in Business, Marketing, Digital Sciences or Communication or similar
- Languages: Advanced English. Arabic is an asset
