Marketing Brand Manager - Travel Retail

Mission:

Develop and implement a range of customer activities, consumer promotions, brand and retail initiatives, aligned with global brand strategies.

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

 

  • Define highly effective brand strategies based on deep understanding of the Middle East TR consumers’ insights, in collaboration with the TR Middle East Director and Global TR Marketing team. 
  • Implement the marketing plans in line with the brands strategies
  • Lead the coordination and execution of the top temporary animations.
  • Manage and control the budget allocated to the temporary animations/consumer activities and media campaigns
  • Drive forecasting process (CPS), including valorization and exception management
  • Support the GTR team in consolidating the information related to the main launches/activities of brands including rankings/sell-out/VMS per brand per market and qualitative feedback from the sell through team
  • Follow up on sales to implement action plans to push them
  • Review brands assortment and proactively propose adaptation if needed
  • Analyze market’s trends and competitors’ activities
  • Analyze consumer knowledge and insights and provide feedback to the GTR Marketing team
  • Ensure all marketing launches and activities are communicated to the Sell Through Manager and to the customers.
  • Implement digital campaigns in coordination with the digital manager in Switzerland (influencers campaigns, retailers’ website, social media)
  • Main point of contact for the brands managing the flow of information and providing timely reporting back to the Global Brand teams, in collaboration with the Global TR Marketing Manager. 
  • Build relationships with the marketing team of key customers and coordinates with them on marketing activities.
  • Support in preparing the client presentations as well as presentations required for business reviews and board meetings.
  • Present marketing plans to key customers
  • Main contact for the global pricing team and ensure the price list is uploaded and updated on the pricing portal.
  • Monitor the retailer’s website and ensure implementation of the right brands assortment

 

Requirements:

 

Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing within the luxury beauty section.  Expertise in make-up and/or niche fragrances is a strong asset.

 

Education:  Graduate level

 

Languages:  Fluency in English.
