Brand Ambassador

Mission:  

The  mission is to achieve sales targets by delivering a unique & remarkable shopper experience every time, anticipating the shoppers’ needs and thus meeting their expectations. As a Brand Ambassador, they are to increase Puig brands’ awareness, build shoppers’ loyalty, respect counter rules & processes, and be a consistent team player.  

  

Main Responsibilities:  

  

Business  

  • Generate sell-out, while achieving line and sales target.  

  • Achieve other quantitative business objectives as required by the company such as UPT, ATV, CRM conversion, VMS, ranking by brand and market share.  

  • Implement cross-selling among all categories to support the awareness of each brand to ensure the sell-out axis.   

  

Culture  

  • Represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy through all activities and interactions with customers and other team members.  

  • To have knowledge of the brand’s online offers and activities.  

  • Demonstrate a collaborative and flexible approach to support other stores and team members when required.  

  • Maintain an interest in the latest market trends, products, and competitors’ activity. Compiling a monthly feedback report on to the RPM team.  

  • Adhere to work schedule, inclusive of time and attendance.  

  • Participate in all relevant training sessions and programmes as identified by the Education and RPM team.  

  

  

Intelligence  

  • Maintain an up-to-date customer database to build solid relationships with customers and support future potential selling opportunities.  

  • Generate, maintain and report to the RPM the daily and MTD sell-out including sell-out post launch and special animation activity.   

  • Report the stock on hand availability to the RPM to avoid the stock shortage.   

  

Experience  

  • Offer a unique experience to every customer by embracing the Puig counter protocol and selling protocol.   

  • Address and resolve enquiries, issues, or complaints that a customer may have and seek assistance from the RPM or other colleagues when required.   

  • Acquire the required knowledge to enable the best possible story telling via adequate tools:  

              -Brands’ Histories, Values & Portfolios  

  

 Culture  

  • Use clienteling techniques and tools to connect with customers. (Including tools like WhatsApp and the BA app)  

  • Maintain all operating standards by ensuring merchandising levels, stock replenishment and organizing display as per the brand’s guidelines and the Puig Counter protocol.   

  • Ensure all visual merchandising elements are well maintained and in case of any maintenance is required it is reported to the RPM team.   

  

The Ideal Candidate 

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field. 

  • Ability to work as a team player. 

  • Prior sales experience within beauty and luxury fragrance. 

  • Passionate about the luxury industry and our brands.
