E-Business/Area Manager

Mission:

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the E- Business /Area Manager will be in charge of developing the business in terms of market share, net revenues , sell out and profit, ensuring sustainable growth for all e-business channels and some distributors markets under his/her responsibility. 

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

E- Business:

  • Supervise, monitor and work with the e-business accounts teams to ensure our brands have the right presence across their e-commerce platforms, in alignment with Puig’s e-tailing & brands’ guidelines to be able to provide best-in-class online shopping experience to customers
  • Partner with the local Marketing and Commercial teams to shape and implement the digital and commercial strategies across e-business channels.
  • Develop, build & manage long-term relationships with key e-business platforms to drive online visibility, sales & growth.
  • Define key account plans for each channel and follow up on campaign execution and post campaign results.
  • Perform sales analysis for the channel and extract valuable insights, to be able to identify and propose new business ideas.
  • Gather market intelligence and be able to provide a mapping of the competitive landscape of our category in the marketplaces

 

Area Manager:

  • Build and develop strong relationships with market partners in the markets under his/her responsibility
  • Take part, with the local team, in the design and implementation of the commercial strategy of each market based on market trends, retail reality and evolution and VMS/Sell out objectives
  • Together with the Marketing team, define brand priorities and distribution strategy
  • Follow-up and modify operational plans if required (marketing and sales)
  • Identify and assess new set-ups if required
  • Accountability for the VMS, Sales, Profit and A&P Investments in each market
  • Responsible for the communication between the market partner and the team
  • Ensure compliance with Legal Department in terms of contracts/agreements with market partners, identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Control annual P&L (export) budget by country under his/her responsibilities
  • Ensure POS Excellence both in temporary and permanent visibility
  • Define & follow-up P&L by market partner
  • Follow-up on Order to Cash and Registration
