Digital Business Manager (E-Tailing)

Digital Business Manager – Puig Middle East Distributors

Location: Dubai, UAE


Reporting to the Commercial Director the Digital Business Manager will be responsible for developing the business in terms of market share, net revenues and profit, ensuring sustainable growth for our business online. 


Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, monitor and work with the e-business accounts teams to ensure our brands have the right presence across their e-commerce platforms, in alignment with Puig’s e-tailing & brands’ guidelines to be able to provide best-in-class online shopping experience to customers
  • Lead E-tailers audit, optimize PUIG brand visibility and performance
  • Partner with the local Marketing and Commercial teams to shape and implement the digital and commercial strategies across e-business channels.
  • Develop, build & manage long-term relationships with key e-business platforms to drive online visibility, sales & growth.
  • Define key account plans for each channel and follow up on campaign execution and post campaign results.
  • Perform sales analysis for the channel and extract valuable insights, to be able to identify and propose new business ideas.
  • Gather market intelligence and be able to provide a mapping of the competitive landscape of our category in the marketplaces in order to support growth strategies
  • Improve professional knowledge and skills related to digital through active participation in the digital academy


Experience: 3-4 years of previous commercial or e-commerce experience in a similar role dealing with e-business platforms, ideally gained within the beauty or FMCG industry

Education:  University degree in Business or similar field

Languages:  Fluency in English. Arabic is a plus

Skills & Knowledge Required:

  • Solid understanding of the e-business landscape in the Middle East and how the key channels operate
  • Business curiosity (especially in latest digital trends) and creativity
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Passion for fragrance
  • Collaborative nature, ability to work and build relationships with cross functional teams
  • Possess cultural awareness appropriate to the region
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with a range and adaptability of style.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
