Marketing Manager Prestige (México)



Location: México City


Prepare and put in place the Marketing Policy and strategy for the Prestige and Premium brands, to be distributed by the BU, to accomplish objectives set in terms of market share, net revenues, profitability.

Key Responsibilities


Define, propose and negotiate the strategy of pricing, distribution, promotion, point of sales and investments of the Brands to assure the achievement of the objectives and profitability expected

Implement strategies of Communication and Media , defining the priorities and appropriate channels to achieve the Company's KPIs.  Ensure Company KPIs are measured

Consumer Intelligence : develop and plan projects to ensure knowledge of the consumers.  Continually research Mexican customers adapting plans in accordance with results in order to continually improve knowledge.

Define and propose Marketing Plans following the standards of excellence established by the Company

Define, propose and negotiate promotional actions to transfer the Brand identity into the point of sales in order to guarantee the objectives fixed



Lead and coordinate the team, via recruitment, organization of performance evaluation, development actions and training . Also foster a good work atmosphere in the team to succeed in the objectives set

Define and ensure execution of the PR and influence strategy in order to build our brands awareness



Control of A&P Budget

Follow and rate media campaigns according to the company's KPIs

Follow and manage  the sales per brand to identify possible deviations and act consequently


Organize and control the products forecast with International Demand and Commercial Plans

Realize and control the reporting of the area for International Development and Brands

Support the retail team to ensure an impeccable execution @POS both in temporary and permanent spaces

Agree and aline local actions with the Brands teams

Monitor and report market share from a Mexico panel reporting to Group and tracking competitve data.

Ensure the implementation of national conference and regional meetings

Ensure group Visual Merchandising guidelines are implemented within the country adapting to local needs.

Rolling out a corporate personalisation plan where possible and implementing localised planograms taking into consideration local SKU catalogue.

Ensure development of POS items where necessary and ensure realisation of annual POS actions



Desired Skills and Experience

Profile Required

- Higher education in Marketing / Economics / Business administration. MBA in marketing would be a plus.

-8-10 years of experience in Beauty / FMCG industry in a multinational company

- Professional experience in all aspects of creating & managing marketing strategies, brand & launch plans

-Strong expertise in digital marketing & communication

-Excellent leadership, communication & presentation skills

-Successful people management experience minimum 5 years: lead, motivate and inspire the team.

-Fluency in English & Spanish

-Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
