In-Store Executive

Responsibilities/Main Tasks:




  • Follow Up & execution of 3Y Retail Plan, Regional & Local agreements
  • Monitoring and execution of retail objectives, SOS, VMS, Sell-out objectives
  • Excellent execution of animation trade marketing- retail plan
  • Follow up and execution of Retail budget (POS, COOP Promo, Consumer, Trade)
  • Provide field team  with tailor-made tablet presentations per key account group
  • Provide & support field team in retail POS and getting this into store
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date, status reports to field force of animation plan (results SISO, SOS another KPI’s)
  • Execution and follow up on local stock levels of Retail/ POS materials
  • Follow-up on competition and keeping track of key initiatives
  • Control & follow-up of database per door per person per account group  




  • Follow up and analyze distribution of Puig brands’ portfolio per account group
  • Execution of correct follow-up of VMG per brand per POS
  • SOS/ Shelving
  • Follow-up, monitor & track SOS targets(per account, brand, team, region)
  • Creation, monitoring and controlling of shelf planograms




  • Follow-up annual perm visibility plan, creation, production and maintenance of fixed furniture in combination with 3rd party agencies
  • Reporting of KPI’s on fixed furniture vs benchmarks (vs installation date/ average etc.)
  • Follow up and execution of CAPEX budget
  • Execution of correct installment of STS, SP and keeping it up-to-date




  • Follow-up on annual temp visibility plan, execution and tracking of budget
  • Organization of temporary events, from preparation to after-service
  • Organization, planning and execution of podia & tailor made VIP animations
  • Maintenance of VMG of all POS materials




  • Organization, planning and execution of Spraying Plan
  • Communication with 3rd party agency for outsourcing
  • Organization, preparing, planning and support trainings execution
  • Training event organization (registration, invitations, calls, admi follow up, catering, reservations, material ordering)
  • Creation of steering book and send out all communication according to animation & COOP plan per key account group
  • Execution of sending and after-servicing incentives chosen by BC’s when target reached
  • Support in key account BC events (annual party Paris XL)





Previous experience of ap.3 years at a similar Retail Executive Position in the Luxury or Perfumes industry



Master Degree or equivalent in Management or Business Administration




Spanish, English




Result-oriented, organized, business-thinking profile

Strong analytical skills

Rigorous, capable of implementing guidelines with the specificities of the NL market

Good knowledge of the perfumery industry

Good communication skills

Good tastes about beauty and POS - merch
