The Opportunity
As Advocacy Manager you will be responsible for the management and execution of advocacy programs at the local level in key social platforms: TikTok & Instagram, through strong operational expertise and driving of meaningful connections with advocates and strategic activities.
The Challenge
- Adapt and execute global advocacy strategies to fit local market dynamics, ensuring relevance to cultural nuances, consumer preferences and regional trends.
- Develop and lead localized advocacy activations, amplifying our Love Brands visibility and driving consumer loyalty.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (PR, Social Media, Events, E-Commerce, Marketing) to align local advocay efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure toolkits seamlessly in the local market.
- Responsible for monitoring and optimization of the perfomance: track, analyze and report on advocacy program (ROI & engagement rates).
- Primary liaison between global advocacy teams and the local market, providing actionable insights, emerging trends and advocate feedback.
We´d love to meet you if you have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in advocacy, influencer marketing, community management or consumer engagement roles within luxury beauty, fashion or premium lifestyle industries.
- Deep understanding of the key platforms´dynamics and latest evolution: TikTok & Instagram.
- Skills: creativity, teamwork, management, analysis and understanding of local consumer behaviors & cultural trends.
