Comercial Field Supervisor

Mission:
Ensure the perfect execution of each account strategy to achieve sellout growth and consumer experience
through efficient BR team and POS management, while providing information to the KAM/AM for optimal
account management.


Main Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure transmitting business strategies, training and motivation of permanent BR teams
  • Successfully define monthly sell-out targets per BR , follow-up, and ensure sufficient stock level at all times
  • Manage and support all doors , collect monthly sell-out feedback for BR-doors, propose solutions, and
  • respond to the needs
  • Conduct regular store visits and ensure implementation of POS material (agenda, visit requests, preparation,
  • reporting , follow-up, showcard,decoration, visual exchange, GWPs, picture)
  • Recruitment, Onboarding, Pre-Training and management of new staff
  • Setting personal performance objectives & appraisal meetings in cooperation with the retailer
  • Tracking of competition: permanent spaces, prices,
  • Coordinating animation´s request with In Sotre department and the retailer according to deadlines
  • Ensure assortment is aligned with each door needs
  • Discontinued old products that are phased-out (not available anymore)
  • Regular exchange and update with KAM & MKTG teams on business happenings/feedback
  • Ensuring a correct implementation of prices
  • Communication of marketing plan / guidelines / product availabilities to BR
  • Marketing plan/novelties presentation to Buyers/Retailers

 

Skills and Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in functions or related activities, such as sales, marketing, retail, etc.
  • where the main objective has been to increase sales, brand and/or consumer experience.
  • Previous experience in TR in the P&C category working with a Brand Group or a retailer (DFS,
  • International Shoppes, Dior, L’Oréal, Estee Lauder etc …)
  • Degree from a business school or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or
  • similar discipline.
  • High Organization, Time Management and Priority Setting Skills.
  • Analytical skills to assess situations, identify opportunities and propose solutions
  • Creative, resourceful and goal oriented.
  • Ability to manage a team by setting SMART objectives, provide feedback and coach individuals for
  • development.
  • Multicultural sensitivity/awareness to maintain positive relations with team members from diverse
  • cultural backgrounds.
  • Able to travel extensively (50% of the time) in America and occasionally worldwide.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbally and written Mandarin are considered a plus.)
