Sales Representative - North Belgium & Brussels

For our Belgian subsidiary, located in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Sell-In and Sell-Out Representative to manage North and Brussels sector, to reinforce our Commercial Department.


Functions and Responsibilities


Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Account Management, visiting our North Independents clients, sales and presentation of our launch plan and replenishment of our products.
  • Account Management of a Key Account located in Brussels.
  • Implementation and follow up of merchandising.
  • Identify opportunities on main accounts.
  • Understand current situation and needs of the client.
  • Develop promotional plan, service plan and budget.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Manager to develop the Account Plans.
  • Follow up of budget.
  • Annual negotiations.
  • Retail to Net management.
  • Tracking of receivables.
  • Prospecting new customers.  
  • Sell-out mission in KA Account POS to implement merchandising, data collector, presentation of launches and marketing plan and follow up of targets.




Direct report to the Commercial Belgian Manager.




  • Experience: You have successful experiences (between 3 to 5 years) in Sales, and you are eager to grow and learn.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
  • Competencies: You are self-motivated and enthusiastic with good common sense and strong commercial knowledge. You have strong organizational and communication skills, and you are recognized for you ability with numbers and analysis.
  • Specific Knowledge required: Good knowledge of MS office.
