Mission
We are looking for a Sales representative (sell-in/sell-out) for a permanent contract based in Belgium.
You will have to vevelop profitable growth within the Independent Channel by managing customer relationships, securing commercial excellence, and delivering strong execution across all ABC doors in BELUX.
Key responsibilities
- Customer Lead INDEP Clients (ABC Doors BELUX)
- Visit and manage all ABC doors in BELUX according to the agreed call cycle to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Own the A-to-Z coordination of independent customers in BELUX.
- Define with Sales Manager the annual agreements and follow-up all year long.
- Negotiate annual trading conditions for A customers.
- Present new launches and negotiate listings and share of shelf.
- Monitor Sell-In, Sell-Out performance and stock levels.
- Identify commercial opportunities and risks, proactively proposing solutions to the Sales Manager.
- Follow up and report monthly sales and YTD performance versus budget per customer.
- Process weekly orders, including testers, as well as set-up and launch orders.
- Key retailers POS Management
- Presentation of novelties and launches: all doors. Promote, size and push the different PUIG projects in the POS.
- Drive sell-out performance in line with BNL targets by delivering monthly objectives per store.
- Analyse sales results by brand, retailer, region, and point of sale to identify business drivers and risks.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and category performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure the successful implementation of our launches and core pillars at the point of sale (POSM/ Visual/Planograms).
- Act as business drivers in-store by proactively identifying growth opportunities and competitive dynamics.
- Detect, report and solve POS incidents: out of stock, missing testers, spaces.
- Stock control top doors every visit/Secure optimal stock level and minimize out-of-stock on hero SKUs.
- Actively contribute to sell-out activations by participating in sales Saturdays during KCP.
- Identify and proactively resolve issues impacting retail standards, consumer experience, or sales performance.
