Education Manager (H/F)

MAIN MISSION:

 

Reporting to the Benelux Retail Manager, you are responsible for the Benelux training strategy of the  PUIG group's brands (notably Jean Paul Gaultier, Paco Rabanne, Nina Ricci, Carolina Herrera, Comme de garçons, L'Artisan Parfumeur, Penhaligon's, Dries Van Noten), to développ and/or adapt  efficient programs/assets and content, and provide trainings:

  • Different Benelux populations (internal and external);
  • Different Retailers

 

You work in consultation with the different departments of the company at local (Retail, Marketing, Commercial) and regional (Brand Teams, Global Education Team) level.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Acquisition and development of expertise

  • You ensure the expertise and skills development of internal (Puig Teams) and external teams (Beauty Consultants, Ambassadors, Freelance) on 2 priority topics: olfaction (novelties, prestige and niche product lines) and makeup (module development, execution, field support on our internal and external sales forces) as part of our future launches.
  • You prepare and carry out in-class, event or digital training
  • You develop/adapt modules related to sales techniques and coaching techniques.

 

Development of digital projects

  • E-Learnings: you follow the agreements planned with the brands concerning the deployment of E-learnings and are a force of proposal to ensure differentiating and fun content adapted to each Retailer.

 

Event activity

  • You organize the events of the trainings (Roadshow, evenings, training days).
  • You lead the event projects from the brief to the agencies to the successful realization of these events.

 

Development of tools for points of sale

  • You provide training for freelances for our Trade Marketing activities.
  • You follow theRetailers' negotiations  with the sales teams, prepare and present at retailer events (e.g. at Conventions).
  • You accompany the sales forces, train them during the seminars and give them all the necessary tools for their product presentations in store.

 

 

Profile:

 

  • Experience: You have solid  experience in training in the world of luxury and cosmetics (perfume and make-up) in the Benelux market. This experience has allowed you to develop expertise in digital and content development. Mastery of sales techniques and team coaching is a plus.

 

  • Languages: You are fluent in French, Dutch and English – Spanish is a plus.

 

  • Skills: You are charismatic and comfortable with public speaking. Organized, reluctant, enthusiastic and passionate, you have the ability to motivate a group and pass on your knowledge. You are able to work proactively and agilely to adapt to all brands and deadlines. You are results-oriented and are known for your analytical mind. You are able to develop a strategic and roiste vision of your business. You are familiar with the Office Pack.

 

For this position, frequent trips are to be expected in Belgium and the Netherlands. More occasionally in Spain.
