
Warehousing Executive (Temporary)

The Opportunity
Coordinate and control all the operations at the warehouse to ensure activities are performed with high quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while delivering cost targets.
What you'll get to do
CONTROL
• To issue the weekly report about the warehouse status.
• To audit all export deliveries daily.
• To control the labeling on all air deliveries.
• To follow-up and monitor the fulfillment of the loading times.
EXECUTION
• To ensure quantity and quality of the main activities in the warehouse:material reception and orders preparation.
• To ensure the integrity of the inventory in the warehouse.
• To analyze the missing units or incidences of orders preparation. This analysis must include proposals for action.
• To analyze the incidences with detected errors of preparation.
• To carry out quality controls on the warehouse activities: orders preparation,truck loadings, and product reception.
• To control loadings on customers classified as A´s.

Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar preferred.
Languages:
- Native Spanish
- Fluent English will be a plus

- SAP
