The Opportunity
To support the Secondary Packaging team in the development, coordination and continuous improvement of packaging projects across fragrance, makeup and skincare categories, while building technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration capabilities within a dynamic international environment.
What you'll get to do
The Graduate will support the team in the following areas:
- Support the development of secondary packaging projects from briefing to implementation under the guidance of senior team members.
- Contribute to the preparation, update and follow-up of technical specifications, documentation and project data.
- Assist in the coordination of artworks, technical drawings and packaging-related documentation.
- Participate in industrial validations, trials and development follow-up activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, efficiency, sustainability and packaging performance.

Experience:
- Previous internship, academic project or initial experience in packaging, technical development, graphic arts or related areas would be considered a plus.
Education:
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Packaging or a related discipline.
Languages:
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Fluent in English.
- French would be considered an asset.
Competencies:
- Strong learning agility and willingness to develop technical expertise.
- High level of attention to detail and a structured way of working.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proactive mindset and motivation to contribute in a dynamic environment.
Specific Knowledge required:
- Strong interest in the perfumery, beauty and luxury industry.
- Knowledge of industrial Graphic Arts processes (e.g. offset printing, flexography, rotogravure, screen printing, hot stamping, embossing/debossing, varnishing and lamination).
- Familiarity with development and documentation processes such as specifications, technical drawings and artworks.
- Software and tools: Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Illustrator, Photoshop and SAP/ECTR.
- Would be considered a plus: SolidWorks and AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).
