The Opportunity

Following the company Purchasing Strategies and Global Policy for Suppliers, Retail materials and Secondary Packaging Buyer are responsible assisting the buyer for technical developing and providing the materials needed for projects at best cost and conditions with a TCO mindset.

What you'll get to do

Responsibilities / Key Tasks
• Support buyers in managing projects to ensure the timely and complete delivery of required materials, at optimal cost, and in line with quality and supply expectations
• Monitor and ensure execution of purchasing plans, including tracking order deliveries, evaluating supplier performance, and managing component stock levels
• Develop and follow detailed retro-planning in collaboration with suppliers and internal departments to meet company requirements
• Maintain and update all purchasing-related data in SAP or via the IRIS supplier portal, including info records, source lists, planning and logistics data, Green Dot, and customs clearance codes
• Track and report Retail KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

We'd love to meet you if you have

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Experience: Previous experience in a similar purchasing or supply chain role, ideally within a retail or FMCG environment

Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is highly valued
