The Opportunity
As a Retail Analytics & Culture Graduate, you’ll work with the Global Retail Analytics & Culture team help execute global retail measurement and knowledge initiatives. You’ll help shape and share smart, effective retail guidelines by collaborating closely with brands and markets worldwide.
What you'll get to do
Key Objectives:
- Provide retail analytics service and support to brands and markets: Ensure accurate completion of P&L templates and adherence to profitability rules across all categories and business models including ROI, CTFC, and payback KPIs
- Offer global support for existing retail tools and dashboards: Support data validation, ensure KPI consistency across markets, and contribute to the development and implementation of new functionalities—with specific focus on the DTC Dashboard
- Help create and promote a shared retail culture by reinforcing core retail principles and knowledge. Act as a source of inspiration for markets, fostering a common language and understanding across all regions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment and execution of global retail guidelines across markets
- Assist in establishing KPIs based on category-level analysis
- Support the evolution and maintenance of retail dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and business relevance
- Assist in preparing regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Participate in regional monthly meetings as needed
- Monitor market trends and benchmarks to identify insights and best practices
- Coordinate with local agencies to ensure effective collaboration
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of PUIG’s retail culture across all markets
- Support ongoing retail culture training to foster a unified retail language and knowledge base globally

Experience:
- 1–2 years in a similar role (internship/apprenticeship). Experience in retail, beauty, or omnichannel environments is highly valued
- University degree or Master’s
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required. French is a strong advantage
Competencies:

- Good understanding of retail and/or consumer goods environments
- Goal-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes and results
- Strong analytical skills and confident working with metrics and spreadsheets

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel
- Familiar with Power BI and/or other data visualization tools

- Understanding of KPIs and retail performance metrics
