The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented junior profile to support Regulatory Affairs operations, with a strong focus on documentation management and regulatory data maintenance.
This role is primarily administrative and data-driven, ensuring that regulatory information and technical documentation are accurate, complete, traceable, and properly maintained within internal systems.
It is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional who is interested in gaining exposure to Regulatory Affairs in the cosmetics industry, while working in a role that requires rigour, structure, and strong attention to detail.
What you'll get to do
Documentation Management & Administrative Support
- Request and collect regulatory and technical documentation from suppliers and third-party manufacturers
- Verify that documentation is complete, consistent, and aligned with internal requirements
- Classify, archive, and maintain documents in internal systems following established procedures
- Ensure traceability, version control, and proper documentation lifecycle management
- Act as a point of coordination with internal stakeholders to follow up on missing or incomplete documentation
Regulatory Data Maintenance & Systems
- Enter, update, and maintain data in internal regulatory databases and systems
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or duplications
- Support system updates, data clean-up activities, and continuous improvement of data quality
- Contribute to audit readiness by ensuring documentation is complete, structured, and easily retrievable

Education & Background
- Degree or vocational training in Administration, Data Management, or similar
- A first exposure to Regulatory Affairs or Compliance is a plus
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and documentation with precision
- Comfortable working with Excel and digital tools/databases
- Ability to follow structured processes and ensure data traceability and consistency
- Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners
- Fluent in Spanish and English
