The Opportunity

We are looking for someone passionate about our industry and new products development process, for all beauty product categories (Fragrances, Skin Care and Make Up). Someone who will work very close to Brands and all development teams, that will have the “end to end” responsibility in the coordination of all stages of new product development process, involving all launching elements (sellable & non sellable products).

The responsibilities are based on Project Management, Novelties Profitability, and Portfolio Management.

What you'll get to do

Project Management:

  • Coordinate all teams involved in all stages of new product development process to ensure that launches arrive on time and are profitable
  • Plan and ensure all steps are executed to ensure time and cost
  • Manage multiple projects and staff
  • Identify risks and work with involved teams actions to avoid deviations
  • Organize and lead meetings with teams involved
  • Provide project status updates to management on periodic basis
  • Develop best practices to optimize product development procedures

Novelties Profitability:

  • Ensure that products are launched according profitability rules
  • Monitor Cost deviation and how it impacts in Gross Margin
  • Provide cost updates to management on periodic basis

Portfolio Management:

  • Ensure new products information consistency
  • Brand Portfolio is created and maintained according defined rules

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • University Education
  • Between two and three years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with French considered a strong asset
  • Desired Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership capabilities

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, demonstrating urgency and adaptability

    • Self-starter with a strong, solutions-oriented mindset

    • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

    • Skilled at working collaboratively in a team environment and communicating cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
