The Opportunity

Reporting to the Primary Packaging Department, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of innovative and efficient packaging solutions in line with company standards and sustainability objectives.

What you'll get to do

  • Design and develop new products or improve existing ones.
  • Select appropriate materials, transformation processes and coordinate it with our suppliers.
  • Ensure packaging compatibility with production lines and conduct all necessary tests to guarantee product quality.
  • Generate all technical documentation in SAP–ECTR to ensure product industrialization (specifications, BOMs, drawings, etc ).
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Purchasing, and New Product Coordination teams, participating in regular follow-up meetings.
  • Take part in sustainability and cost-reduction projects.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the plastic injection industry, preferably in design, as well as experience with molds, dies, or machinery construction.
  • Ideally including a background in cosmetics or perfumery.

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Product Development, Industrial or Mechanical.

Languages:

  • Required – English / Spanish

  • Solid expertise in CAD tools (Solidworks, ilustrator)
