The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity that will help you develop your professional skills while getting a complete overview of our business, our products and the best category innovations. You will be able to experience different functions, teams and brands within our Marketing department as well as understanding how these interact and work with the rest of the company. The main mission of the role, reporting to the Marketing Manager, will be to support the definition and implementation of the marketing plans and key initiatives for the brand according to the local adaptation of the international vision.

The position will be developed over a year path developed within our Marketing division. During these months you will work on different assignments, experiencing new challenges and providing value to our business from the very beginning.  This is an exciting role for a marketer with strong entrepreneurial spirit and who can manage projects as well as stakeholder engagement throughout the process, while working with a great cross-functional team as well external agencies.

What you´ll get to do

•    Support the marketing plans for the assigned brands.
•    Ensure the correct communication and alignment between subsidiary and brands in order to maximize brand expression
•    Monitoring on KPI’s to ensure business compliance with the objectives.
•    Support excellent 360 Brand strategy omnichannel implementation: communication, Trade & Promotional Plans, on/off Point of Sale temporary visibility according to global brand guidelines and strategy
•    Support the development of promotional plan per brand under responsibility, including the proposal of specific local actions
•    Manage all aspects of promotional material production & distribution.
•    Digital Brand strategy support in collaboration with Digital Marketing team to ensure excellent Brand image deployment according to global guidelines and strategy.
•    Monitor and analyze market conditions to proactively evaluate competitor activities and provide analysis, identifying key trends and major drivers and leveraging opportunities that will impact performance

We´d love to meet you if you have

•    Experience: At least 6 months of experience in Operational Marketing support roles
•    Education: Bachelor/ Master in Business or similar
•    Languages: English and Spanish
