Organization HR Controller

HR Organization Executive 


Location: Barcelona HQ

 

We look for a dynamic, hands-on, and analytic talent to join our HR Organization area. You will be in charge of making sure that qualitative and accurate data are delivered to support the Top Management in their decision making.

 

Functions and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring data quality from our HR information system
- Maintain the Employee Master Data organization structure
- Prepare monthly HR Reports & Presentations (NPE & FTE evolution, New Hires…)
- Coordinate the development of annual NPE & FTE budget and forecast
- Monitor the evolution of the approved new hires and restructuring actions
- Assist with the annual Non-Financial Memory preparation
- Maintain close working relationship with the local HR teams
- Train the new HR members on the use of the HR Organization tools (SAP HR, HR Reporting system…)
- Follow up of the implementation of organization plans presented to the top management
- Grade structure design maintenance

 

Requirement:
- The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- He / she has a minimum of 2 years’ in a similar rol
- As such, fluency in Spanish and English is compulsory, as well as an international experience or mindset. 
- Advances command of Excel
- Strong analytical skills, personal organization, accurateness and attention to details are necessary to successfully endorse this job
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are key to deliver the best results
