The Opportunity

As an Operations Efficiency & Intelligence Graduate, you will support the implementation and maintenance of solutions to generate insights, optimize business operations, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will also contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing processes through robotic process automation and AI technologies

What you'll get to do

Design and develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics and process performance.
Building ETL processes to help maintain the highest standards of data quality, integrity and accessibility.
Design, model, and implement comprehensive process mining solutions
Develop and execute process improvement initiatives based on process mining findings
Extract meaningful insights from process data
Support projects aimed at improving business processes through advanced analytics, AI and automation initiatives
Collaborate in the identification and analysis of opportunities to optimize and streamline operations.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Bachelor and/or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Fluency Spanish & English required.
Experience with SQL, data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP Analytics cloud), and scripting languages (e.g., Python)
Familiarity with data integration, emerging technologies, and machine learning concepts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bonus points:
  - Experience with python libraries for data science and ML
  - Experience working with SAP or data coming from ERP systems
  - Experience in process mining (ideally with a tool like Celonis)
  - Exposure to projects involving advanced analytics, automation, or innovative digital solutions
