MakeUp Brand Manager

MAKEUP BRAND MANAGER

 

Location: Barcelona

 

Mission

Responsible a new strategic project for Puig, the Brand Manager will be accountable for the launch, development, and acceleration of a strategical project for the company such as the entering of a brand in a new category. Together with the Brand Marketing Manager and the multifunctional team, this profile would play a critical role when translating and developing the brand strategy according to the MakeUp market reality and the distribution strategy with a strong focus on retail and digital.

Creative yet analytical minded and business oriented, the candidate would have an incredible opportunity to own the project by becoming the key spokesperson for local and global teams. At the same time, its category knowledge will be key to contribute to the company know how acceleration.

We are looking for a strong team player, with passion about marketing and beauty to join a great international environment in which he/she will have the opportunity to grow and leave a mark.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Operational category management
  • Category trade activation and go to market owner
  • Monitoring and report of kips and business goals
  • Adaptation and creation of on/off creative materials 
  • Lead company know how acceleration
  • Dual role trade/marketing
  • Market analysis and research
  • Main global teams’ spokesperson

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Experience:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the MakeUp Category.
  • Previous experience in Luxury and Beauty Industry
  • Proven Trade and Operational background

 

Education:  

  • Business Administration, International Marketing or similar. 

 

Languages:

  • Spanish and English

 

Competencies:

 

  • Digital skills - Omnichannel thinking
  • Good at leading with uncertainty and changing contexts
  • Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • Experience building strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; teamwork & cooperation
