La oportunidad
As a Leadership Development Specialist, you will play a key role in the execution and continuous improvement of our company-wide leadership development programs. You will be responsible for managing participant operations, coordinating key processes within our Learning Management System (LMS), supporting communication and project management efforts, and contributing to the overall success of the Leadership Development (LIT) experience. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative individual, passionate about learning, data accuracy, and participant experience.

Participant Management & Communication
- Ensure accuracy of the participant Masterfile by maintaining regular updates in coordination with HRBPs and conducting biweekly data cross-checks with SAP active employee records.
- Track participant movements across cohorts and program editions, organize cohorts and groups, send invitations and monitor attendance.
- Manage the LIT shared mailbox, responding to participant queries or directing them to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with HRBPs to validate participant lists, communicate changes, and support a seamless experience for all participants.
- Consolidate and analyze participant feedback, including coordination with external providers.
Project Management
- Continuously streamline internal and external processes to ensure efficient operations and stakeholder collaboration.
- Support communication efforts across various platforms (LMS, email, MS Teams).
- Assist with ad hoc tasks such as translation, presentation design, and content review.
- Support invoice management and LIT budget planning. Maintain and update the payment calendar.
LMS Coordination (SccessFactors)
- Set up and manage PM-A cohorts in the LMS.
- Explore and implement new LMS functionalities (e.g., course collections, certificates, surveys) in collaboration with the Learning team.
- Support the development of reporting dashboards in MyAnalytics.

Project Management: Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
Data Analysis & Creative Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking ability to interpret data and solve challenges effectively.
Technology Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are essential; solid proficiency in MS Office suite; familiarity with SuccessFactors and project management tools is a plus.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; French is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail combined with a strategic mindset and a desire to understand the broader business context.
Managing Complexity: Comfortable managing projects with multiple data sources, stakeholders, and providers.
Service Orientation: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Instructional Design (Nice to Have): Experience in designing educational programs and materials for leadership development is a plus.
