The Opportunity
MISSION:
To manage from analytical and efficient perspective the different services for Torre Puig building as well as other sites, mainly related to maintenance, cleaning and gardening.
What you´ll get to do
MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Planning
• Planning and management of Facility Management departement projects: fit outs, reforms, or other cross projects with different departments.
• Design improvement plans for more efficient consumption for electricity, water and gas.
• Analysis for potential improvements in the maintenance software: CMMS
Performance
• Management of suppliers hired by Puig: Industrial Maintenance, Legal Control, Gardening, Cleaning, etc.
• Periodic meetings with the different service suppliers of Torre Puig related to the building.
• Support in the development of indicators to control the quality for the different building services.
• Reporting and monitoring of the different services
• Give support to employees to plan actions and solve maintenance incidents
• Support the Building Services Manager for expenses and investements control.
• Provide support to other business areas on issues related to real estate, rental contracts and fit out works.
• Periodic updating of the CMMS and other databases in reference to workplace sites: plans, locations, assets.
• Ensure compliance with the Industrial and Environmental regulations applicable to the building.
• Monitoring standards of the integrated management system in the areas of OHS and environment.
• Develope technical specifications and RFQ for tenders for tenders related to Building services
Control
• Supervision and control to Torre Puig Maintenance and Cleaning's Coordinator.
• Monitoring of energy consumption
• Monitoring of the cleaning and maintenance service of other sites: Showroom / Outlets
• Carry out audit to those services related to building services
• Control for suppliers invoicing.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar.
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Languages:
Fluent level of English and native Spanish
