International Group Product Manager

 

Location: Barcelona

 

Mission:  

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Product Manager to join one of our brands, within the international marketing team. In this dynamic and challenging position, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and grow the recent brand repositioning. You will develop and implement the marketing strategy and manage the development of a line of products, ensuring growth and profitability for this portfolio. You will also manage a team of Product Managers and a Digital Manager.

 

Functions & responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of new product ranges for the fragrances and body care category
  • Develop the appropriate tools to correctly implement the strategy in our markets
  • Execute the annual Marketing plan in line with the strategy
  • Collaborate with the production departments to ensure the industrial feasibility of the new products and follow their production
  • Optimize the marketing mix (product, positioning, pricing, etc.)
  • Present the marketing plan to the Brand top management and different markets
  • Identify creative resources and collaborate with external agencies and fashion
  • Lead the relationship with the license in our monthly meetings.
  • Be responsible of the Brand Digital strategy together with the Digital Manager.
  • Be in contact with key markets and give support to the implementation of Brand Strategy.
  • Control the creation of new products and developments
  • Manage the global budget of each line following the profitability guidelines set by the group
  • Drive competitors/trends benchmark overviews and ad hoc market research
  • Motivate and develop his/her team, help them become experts in the industry

 

 Requirements:

  • At least 5/6 years of experience in development marketing in luxury, Fashion or Fragrances.
  • Strong fashion and design sensitivity                             
  • Strong team and project management skills; strong leadership                
  • Strong analytical skills; strong creative skills, self-starter                             
  • Result-oriented, excellent interpersonal and communication skills                          
  • Flexible and reactive     
  • University degree or equivalent. Masters degree with a focus on luxury or fashion would be a plus
