The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with a social-first mindset to join our Communications team in Barcelona. You’ll turn creators into storytellers, empower local teams, and spark brand conversations people choose to share.

Reporting to the Communications Director, you’ll lead Banderas Perfumes’ influencers and advocacy strategy—working hand in hand with brand, digital, and local market teams—to propel the brand’s relevance across platforms and audiences.

What you'll get to do

  • Strategy & planning: Define the influencer guidelines by channel (IG, TikTok, YouTube ….), aligned to brand strategy and markets objectives.
  • Community & advocacy: Create and guide teams into brand advocates plans. Together with market teams boost advocacy activations and always-on, monitoring results and learnings.
  • Content creation: Design content creation guidelines, product seeding brief. Ensure that they are aligned with brand priorities and adapted to audience and platforms. Oversee the editorial calendar of Global Brand Ambassadors.
  • Content excellence: Ensure deliverables match brand voice and are native to each platform and aligned with trends. Work with agencies and digital team to respect brand identity and suggest reactive content when needed.
  • Measurement & optimization: Set KPIs, track results (reach, EMV, engagement rate, clicks, conversions, ROI), and iterate using data. Build clear post-campaign reports and insights.
  • Communications & events: Define communication guidelines and ensure they are aligned with IM strategy. Create and distribute PR tools (press lists, photofiles etc…) to markets.
  • Budget management: Own the IM budget, forecasting, and spend efficiency.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with Brand, Social, PR/Comms, Media, Legal, and Regional teams to integrate IM across the full marketing mix.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • 3-5 years’ experience in influencer/creator marketing (brand or agency).
  • Proven track record running multi-market campaigns and advocates programs.
  • Comfort working with talent managers and platforms.
  • Excellent brief writing, feedback, and content quality standards.
  • Good communications skills: clear communicator in Spanish and English and presentation skills. Able to manage stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
