Location: Barcelona

Mission: Your main mission will be to support the Iberia teams in people management duties, being the direct contact for managers and collaborators.

You will provide integrated solutions that allow the objectives and priorities of the area to be achieved.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


  • Make sure our talent acquisition needs are properly covered. Act as an internal consultant providing advice on all areas of recruitment (channel selection, screening & interviews as final offer) while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience as well as a fluid and effective communication with the internal clients. Ensure accuracy of data in the recruitment database.
  • Monitor and support managers in the evaluation processes of their teams to ensure that high performers are detected and developed, as well as low performers are managed correctly.
  • Participate in the People Review process to identify the talent of the unit, create a succession plans for key roles, and development action plans for our internal talents.
  • Analyze and promote training/development actions in order to improve competencies, skills and leadership styles at all levels of the organization and to support the business strategy. Assist in identifying training solutions/providers to meet training needs and requirements.
  • Advise and promote the role of the manager in the management of people, providing solutions and/or advising on the management of teams, conflicts, etc.
  • Participate in the salary increase and variable remuneration processes, ensuring that the conditions and deadlines are met.
  • Identify and develop numerous initiatives focused on maintaining a high level of people engagement within the unit, as well as on promoting a fluid communication.
  • Provide accurate data & analyze HR KPIs within your area of ​​responsibility.
  • Direct contact with the HR Administration team in order to proceed with different requests (New hirings, contract renewals and all types of administrative duties).


  • Participate in the implementation of HR policies, as well as plan, coordinate, implement and monitor them.

Desired Skills and Experience


  • 3-5 years’ experience in a generalist role. 
  • Digital experience in HR a plus (e-recruitment, social media, etc.).
  • Willing to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish is a must. Other European languages such as French are an asset.
