The Opportunity

As an HR Administration Graduate, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your professional career by becoming part of a specialized Human Resources team and actively contributing to the management of administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle.

With the guidance and support of experienced HR professionals, you will participate in activities related to hiring processes, employee data administration, document management, Social Security administration, and payroll operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of employment legislation and People Administration practices.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a leading international company in the beauty and fashion industry. You will develop technical expertise, a service-oriented mindset, and a broad understanding of the processes that contribute to delivering an outstanding employee experience.

What you'll get to do

  • Support the administration of employee lifecycle processes, including hires, terminations, and employee data changes, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and consistency.
  • Manage employment-related and administrative documentation, including employment contracts, certificates, employee communications, and other documents related to the employment relationship.
  • Support payroll preparation activities by assisting in the collection, validation, and maintenance of employee data required for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding personnel administration, payroll, benefits, leave management, time and attendance, and other People Services processes, delivering a responsive and employee-focused service.
  • Assist in the preparation of basic HR and payroll reports to support the monitoring of key metrics, operational performance, and administrative processes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the documentation, review, and optimization of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with different stakeholders as required.

Education

  • Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Law, Business Administration and Management, or a related field.
  • Additional coursework, certifications, or academic specialization in Human Resources, People Administration, Payroll, or Employment Law will be considered an asset.

Professional Experience

  • No previous professional experience is required.
  • Participation in academic projects, student organizations, extracurricular activities, or other experiences that have helped develop organizational, coordination, and time-management skills will be highly valued.

Technical Knowledge

  • Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and/or time and attendance management tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, eTempo, or similar) will be considered an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, Social Security regulations, and personnel administration processes will be valued.
