HR Administration Executive

HR Administration Executive

Location: Barcelona

Reporting directly to the Administration HR Manager, the HR Administration Executive mission is to provide direct support in duties including maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g., employment records, information, contracts, etc.) and updating internal databases.

Functions and Responsibilities:
•    Organize and maintain personnel records
•    Update internal databases)
•    Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts, agreements, standard documents, etc.
•    Revise company policies
•    Direct contact with external partners
•    Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
•    Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
•    Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
•    Participate in HR projects 

•    Experience: +2 years in an HR Administration role
•    Education: Bachelor’s in human resources, Labor relations, Business administration.
•    Languages: Spanish and English, French as a plus. 
•    Competencies: Teamwork, capacity for analysis, discretion, capacity for organization and planning, initiative
•    Specific Knowledge: Microsoft office advanced, SAP.
