What you´ll get to do

Support on implementation of Revenue Growth Management strategy with proactive management of key levers to maximize profitable growth.

Business Intelligence 
•    Support in tools development to provide insightful recommendations to commercial teams via extensive analysis across RGM Levers (Price execution, Trade & Shopper Spend, Promotional and Mix Management).

Delivery of Commercial/Financial Results
•    Ensure that RGM tools are updated in time, content and form.

Managing KPIs
•    Follow-up KPIs to track and grow sales team’s efficiency and execution standard
•    Support on RGM Global reporting and analysis

The graduate will support our RGM team, working with various business partners of HQ & BU of commercial and finance, technology departments and to deploy the RGM tools and to assist performance and planning of Trade Investment and other RGM Levers.

Experience:
•    Data visualization skills
•    Report and dashboard development using Macros, programming or PowerBI.


Education:

•    Bachelor's Degree (Business Analytics, Math, Science, or Engineering)
  
Languages:

•    English:  very fluent
•    2nd Language (Spanish): native or very fluent 


 Competencies:
•    High analytical skills, business and results oriented
•    High Oral and written skills
•    Proficient in MS Excel, strong numerical sense, quick in extracting insights from charts; BI/programming knowledge is a plus Strong Organizational Skills: Proven to be organized 
•    Commercial acumen
•    Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
•    Good interpersonal skills:  
o    Proactive personality and self-motivator
o    Team player able to develop great relations with co-workers
