Paris or Barcelona, with approximately 50% of the time travelling 



In a reality more and more consumer centric, the Global Sell-Through & Education Director will lead the sell-through and local markets teams (internal and external store teams) to offer the best possible omnichannel experience to our consumers. He/she will develop advice experts able to (1) excel in promoting our brands, both in store and remotely, to (2) offer a real and compelling experience to our consumers, and to (3) build loyalty by extending the consumer experience with clienteling solutions.

- Develop MULTIBRAND education tools (selling protocol, sales techniques, fragrance culture, make-up culture, …) and support their deployment in the local markets
- Guide brand teams in the creation of their MONOBRAND tools (brand, portfolio & novelty / in-class, in-store, on-line & remote) to (1) ensure consistency, and to (2) meet local markets’ needs to make our store teams highly knowledgeable
- Lead the DIGITAL EDUCATION ACCELERATION of the store teams initiated with a learning app (TEACH ON MARS solution), while developing MULTIBRAND content, monitoring MONOBRAND content, and supporting local markets with guidelines, best practices and KPI sharings 
- Fuel the EDUCATION community within the brands & local markets (including an annual Global ST&E seminar) with trends, best practices and guidelines

- Design and launch MULTIBRAND sell-through initiatives (uniforms, grooming guidelines, mystery shops, appraisals, inductions, career paths, …) at a global level, though always with the collaboration of the local teams
- Lead the further development and deployment of the CLIENTELING solution just launched within both, brands & local markets, with the aim of increasing the store teams’ productivity, their consumer data catching and their overall consumers’ loyalty
- Fuel the SELL-THROUGH community within the local markets (including an annual Global ST&E seminar) with trends, best practices and guidelines

- Contribute to the company’s ambition of creating a seamless omnichannel consumer journey by tackling one of its key strategic levers, ADVICE
- Infuse category passion & retail excellence within the company while interacting with all departments involved in the omnichannel consumer journey design (marketing, CRM, digital, perfumery center, …)
- Design and implement innovative omnichannel solutions with the local markets (live streaming, masterclasses, video sellings …)
- Collaborate with the brands into building the best possible guidelines for these new realities, and share best practices


-    University Degree
-    International profile, English is a must, Spanish and French nice to have
-    Extensive experience in the category (fragrance / make-up / skincare)
-    Strong experience in the retail world (own stores / department stores / perfumeries / …)
-    Familiar with the latest omnichannel advice realities
-    Creative, passionate and persuasive person with demonstrated leadership skills
-    Excellent communication skills
-    Strategic and analytical thinking
