The Opportunity

As a Global Retail Analytics & Culture Manager and reporting to the Global Retail Analytics and Culture Director, you are responsible for developing and maximizing Retail Excellence and WW Retail measurement providing clear KPIs, procedures and dashboards that support markets in day-to-day business with comprehensive and up-to-date data.
You will be contributing to the further development and sharing of effective and efficient retail targets and guidelines with a fluent interaction with WW markets.

 

What you'll get to do

Analytics: 

1.    Ensure Retail excellence by providing clear and financial KPIs and processes to be complied 
2.    Ensure WW markets execution and alignment
3.    Manage existing Retail Tools (REX) as well as helping in developing new functionalities within the tool in collaboration with IT teams
4.    Understand local Retail reality by market and give action plan and performance advice in collaboration with finance team 
5.    Elaborate and design Retail Dashboards for Retail Tools (BA App, REX, BE App)
6.    Provide analytical and process guidance to WW markets Retail Analytics: WW retail measurement: Revise 3YP&L´s and profitability rules are accomplished within all brands, categories and business models (ROI, CTFC and payback among other KPI´s)
 

Culture: 

7.    Create and transmit Retail Culture: Retail basic principles & knowledge as a source of inspiration for the markets and always with a common language across all regions. 
8.    Provide Retail competitors information in partnership with consultancy and data analytics companies 
9.    Implement the annual international meeting (Retail Seminar) accomplishing objectives in terms of content, agenda, brands and markets presentations, awards, and logistics.
10.    Provide culture trainings to develop WW common retail language & markets retail knowledge.
11.    Supervise collaboration with local consultancy companies.

Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar position (Experience in Retail, Luxury, Fashion, FCMG, etc is an asset)

Education: University Degree or master’s in business School. Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics or related field.

Languages:  Spanish and English are a must. French will be highly valued.

Technical skills:
Tableau, SAC, Power BI or any dashboard designing tool is a must.
