The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analysis Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Anaplan and possess the Model Builder certification. As a Finance Analysis Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing financial models, and providing valuable insights to support business decision-making. You will also play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the finance and IT departments, leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen.

What you'll get to do

Functions and Responsibilities:


Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize Anaplan and other financial systems to gather and analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to key stakeholders.
- Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including budget variance analysis, forecasting reports, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Collaborate with the finance and corporate team to interpret financial results, identifying areas of improvement and developing recommended actions.

 

Financial Modeling and Planning:
- Support the build and maintain of financial models using Anaplan to carry budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis activities.
- Work closely with business units and departments to develop financial forecasts, incorporating key assumptions and financial targets.
- Continuously review and enhance financial models to improve accuracy and efficiency.

 

IT Collaboration and Bridge Building:
- Act as the liaison between the finance and IT teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and understanding of requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development projects related to Anaplan enhancement and integration.
- Work closely with IT consultants to implement system improvements and optimize data integration processes.

Requirements:
•    Experience:  3-5 Years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related rol.


•    Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar, Computer Science and Engineering.


•    Languages: English high level 


•    Competencies: 
o    Certified Anaplan Model Builder, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining financial models within Anaplan.
o    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
o    Proficient in using analytical tools and software, including Excel and other data visualization platforms.
o    Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-technical stakeholders.
o    Pro-active attitude, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
o    SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting knowledge is a plus.
