Employer Branding & Engagement Manager

Location: Barcelona

 

Mission: We have an exciting opportunity for an Employer Branding and Employee Engagement Manager to join our global talent team based at our headquarters in Barcelona. In this position you will have the opportunity to design, create and deliver our content and branding strategy across the different touchpoints that we have with our future candidates. You´ll have the opportunity to develop our internal branding and engagement strategy also. You´ll need to be a social media native with a strategic mindset, have a great eye for catchy content and the copywriting and content creation skills to match.

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

 

External branding:

 

•    Define with our external agency and corporate communication team the content strategy and calendar for Linkedin and all relevant social media platforms.
•    Source and create engaging content and campaigns developing any relevant copy, photos, audio or videos.
•    Oversee the community management of Linkedin in partnership with our external agency.
•    Draw insights and conclusions from the reports and data on our social activity and adapt and innovate our plans accordingly.
•    Partner with our different functions and business units to support their talent acquisition through specific campaigns and initiatives (such as sponsored content, paid media campaigns).
•    Upgrade and reinvent our assets and approach to campus management with a strong focus on digital.
•    Management of our reputation on employer rating portals. 
•    Stay up to date on the latest trends in employer branding and social media and propose pilots of innovative new ways of engaging with our prospective candidates.

 

Internal employee experience and engagement:

 

•    Define and implement our internal branding and communication strategy for HR projects and activities.
•    Content creation for internal communication channels on HR topics and projects.
•    Design and implement employee engagement initiatives through a test and learn approach.

 

Requirements:


•    A strong previous experience working in an employer branding, recruitment marketing or social media focused role.
•    A track record of creating engaging social media content both in terms of developing a strategy, sourcing content and creating the finalized posts.
•    Awareness of the latest current trends in employer branding and up to date on the latest innovations in the market.
•    Excellent copywriting skills in English.
•    Photography and video-editing skills.
•    An interest in and affinity towards the luxury fashion, fragrance and cosmetics industries.
•    A great ability to build relationships and work with stakeholders from a variety of teams and across the globe.
•    A native (or equivalent) level in English is required. Other languages such as Spanish or French would be an advantage.
