E-Commerce Manager (e-Retailing)

We have an outstanding opportunity for an eTailing Manager to join our Trade Marketing team based in Barcelona. In this dynamic and challenging role, you´ll be able to use your creativity and understanding of the market to develop new digital strategies for our clients. You will be responsible for partnering with the local Marketing and Sales teams to shape and implement their digital and commercial strategies across e-retailers. To succeed in this role, you´ll need to be curious and full of new ideas as well having strong analytical skills. You´ll also need to have a passion for fragrance and fashion and be on top of all the latest digital trends.


Functions and Responsibilities:

  •  Structuring and developing a homogeneous layout and branding for our prestige and premium brands at our digital points of sale.
  •  Spotting, identifying and auditing the key players of the market to collaborate with.
  •  Developing and deploying digital strategies with e-retailers to help them develop their business by finding synergies with our brand portfolio:
    • Set digital brand and content guidelines for their digital platforms/levers.
    • Collaborate with SEO and SEM strategies to better position our brands at their ecommerce.
    • Land the annual visibility plan at e-retailers platforms according to POS animations and Marketing guidelines.
  •  Negotiations with potential and current agencies and suppliers.
  •  Argue commercial proposals.
  •  Report results to Global Digital Teams and discuss analytics with supervisors.



  • Experience: Digital Savvy and previous experience in Digital roles.
  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration or similar is a must. Any MSc program will be considered as an advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent English, Spanish and/ or French would be a plus.
  • Competencies: International mindset: experience working and/or studying abroad. Negotiation and Sales skills to deal with both, external (clients) and internal stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Brand Managers and Trade Marketing).
  • Specific requirements: Passion for fashion, fragrances and beauty.
