Digital Transversal Marketing Graduate
Barcelona, ES
The Opportunity
Location: Barcelona HQ (Hybrid, 2-days WFH)
Contract: 1-year temporary contract (Must have graduated less than 3 years ago).
Join Puig, a global leader in Luxury Fragrance and Fashion, as an E-Business Development Graduate. Working directly from our Barcelona HQ, you will step into an active, hands-on role within our Lifestyle Brands division (Banderas, Shakira, Benetton, and more).
Operating distinctively from our prestige portfolio, the Lifestyle division is highly agile, entrepreneurial, and volume-driven, offering the perfect environment to make an immediate, visible impact. You will be at the forefront of our digital expansion, driving performance across established marketplaces like Amazon (EU and US) and Zalando, while also pioneering our adoption of early-stage channels like TikTok Shop.
You do not need to be an expert in everything from day one. However, you must be ready to adapt fast, take ownership of specific projects, and directly contribute to our digital growth strategy.
What you'll get to do
- Marketplace Ownership: Take the lead on specific projects and brand categories across Amazon EU & US, Zalando, and TikTok Shop to drive measurable revenue growth and improve regional marketplace performance.
- Data-Driven Impact: Deep dive into sell-in and sell-out data, running profitability analyses to uncover trends, track KPIs, and define actionable, ROI-focused business strategies.
- Content & PDP Optimization: Continuously test and optimize product detail pages (PDPs) and digital assets to maximize conversion rates and ensure our brands stand out in a highly competitive e-commerce landscape.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead and manage meetings with internal teams, external providers, and key clients (including weekly Amazon calls) to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
- Global Support: Act as a strategic partner to local market teams, guiding them in the rollout of successful e-commerce campaigns and best practices.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Education: A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Technical Fluency: Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, handling large datasets) for rigorous performance tracking.
- Experience: Previous experience in E-commerce and/or marketplaces, especially Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, is highly valued. Previous experience in the Beauty Industry is welcome but not required.
What We Value
- Extreme Curiosity: You don’t just ask questions; you proactively dive into data and tools to understand the “why” behind performance drivers. Even outside of work, you seek intellectual stimulation and love figuring out how things work and learning.
- Owner Mentality: You comfortably balance executing day-to-day operations with taking ownership of projects, driven by a desire to see real business impact.
- Adaptability: You can quickly learn and adapt to diverse functions, new platforms, and evolving e-commerce trends.
- Collaborative Spirit: You communicate effectively and work seamlessly with a wide variety of stakeholders, from global brand directors to local market executors.
We welcome Creators Of All Kinds. If you are unsure of meeting all the requirements but trust you have the transferable skills to excel in this role, complete the application and our teams will get in touch if you are selected for an interview.
