Digital Executive

Reporting to the Iberia Media and CRM Manager, the digital executive will be responsible to execute digital media plans and support to develop omnichannel projects in close collaboration with internal teams and partners, conducting data analysis gathered from the different media and digital touchpoints, and will contribute in decision making by presenting insights and making tactical recommendations that will impact at a global scale our campaigns, websites, and tools & services.


What you will do

  • Execute market digital strategy in order to achieve market goals while ensuring global consistency.
  • Understand the main attributes of every step in the marketing funnel, as well as key drivers for each business unit and their specific market potential.
  • Monitories real time tracking signals from advertising and audience interaction, and execute complex data analytics techniques to answer business questions.
  • Relationship with external partners (media agencies, media partners and digital platforms).
  • Evaluate and analyse the results of media campaigns & implement best practices around campaign measurement across multiple channels, and report on key metrics for campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyse the category competitors and propose innovative proposals.
  • Define and present dashboards to teams to help them to make the correct decisions to improve media and digital efficiency.
  • Work on projects within multidisciplinary teams and have a 360º vision.



  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, media and data analysis. Ideally in a digital media agency or FMCG company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, etc
  • English C1.
  • Experience planning, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns
  • Analytical profile with high capacity to understand digital campaign metrics: Reach, impression, frequency, CPV, CPM, CPC, CPL, CR,  etc.
  • Experience in programmatic and Google Media Stack & campaign management in social networks (FB, IG, , Tik Tok Pinterest, Snapchat) and ability to extract custom reports
  • Knowledge of dash boarding and visualization tools, experience with Looker will be highly valued.
  • A proactive mind-set, ability to share your ideas and bring them to life
  • Require good communication skills
  • Experience communicating highly technical data into digestible content for stakeholders
