The Opportunity

The individual will focus on managing projects and technical solutions related to Digital Ecommerce Technologies. The key internal stakeholders for this position are the brands project managers and the e-commerce architect.

Passionate for technology, consumer experiences, and digital technologies, the individual will focus on managing projects and technical solutions to improve our Digital Ecommerce Platform. He /she will show a strong analytical mindset and technical background, with the capability to bring new ideas, and enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional. He/she will report to the Reliability Engineering Lead and work closely with Solutions Architects and DevOps engineers of the Digital Business Technologies team.

What you´ll get to do

The position will require the meet following objectives:

Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications
Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our Ecommerce software solutions.
Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward and innovating to continually improve.
Provide primary operational support and engineering for on-premise and cloud software applications.

Desired Skills and Experience
-   Experience in Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce solutions such as Hybris Commerce
-   Ability to program (structured and OO) with one or more high level languages, such as Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript
-   Experience with distributed storage technologies like NFS, HDFS, Ceph, S3 as well as dynamic resource management frameworks (Kubernetes, Yarn, …)
-   Experience in designing, configuring and managing software application monitoring (Dynatrace, Kibana, Graphana…)
-   Experience working with digital agencies, software vendors, and consulting environments.
-   Excellent communication, relationship management, presentation and writing skills.
-   Experience in SCRUM and agile project management models.
-   Experience in Luxury/Cosmetic/FMCG/Retail industry is a plus.

Education:
Computer engineering/Telecommunications/Multimedia University degree
Master's degree from leading engineering or business school will be a plus.
Languages:
English and Spanish full professional proficiency. French is a plus.
