Consumer Intelligence Manager

Consumer Intelligence Tech Manager 


Location: Barcelona HQ

Reporting directly to the Digital, Data and Retail Technologies Director, the Consumer Intelligence tech manager will be in charge to deliver services and tools around consumer data technologies.

His/her main responsibilities are create the new Consumer Data Platform jointly with the Data and Integration Architect, the Digital tech manager and CRM global Director. Define and implement new strategies in Consumer data capture for all Puig Digital touch points. Create the reporting and analytical capabilities and tools to support consumer journey. Design and implement AI strategies to boost Marketing Automation and clienteling processes.


Functions and Responsibilities:
•    Manage the Consumer Intelligence team and projects, including coordination with all technology areas and Digital Hub teams
•    Coordinate external partners in technology.
•    Help to define and execute the strategy for Consumer Intelligence and its governance model. 
•    Redaction of recommendations to help our Tech areas in Consumer data gathering strategies
•    Client relationship management with accountability on the client satisfaction
•    Project production with accountability on the deliverable’s quality
•    Continuous optimization of production processes to boost operational efficiency
•    Capacity to act in a fast mode depending on the business problematics and requirements



•    5+ years of experience working within the data and consumer insights field
•    Solid experience in project management, including project team coordination
•    Solid experience in supplier’s management and budget processes
•    Experience within the luxury industry as a plus
•    Skills on Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, SAP…)
•    Strong experience in Digital transformation and consumer data
•    Experience in ecommerce organizations and/or digital business.
•    Skills on data strategy
•    Knowledge on Consumer digital journey 
•    Education: Digital Marketing, Data engineering or others related studies plus studies in Digital Business or/and Data
•    Languages: English is a must
