The Opportunity

As a Communications Graduate, you will have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of beauty PR and content creation. This role offers hands-on experience in managing press office operations, coordinating product logistics, and working closely with cross-functional teams. What you'll get to do

Help to develop strategies and exceptional PR & Advocacy plans tailored to grow brand awareness amongst targeted audiences.
Support product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including brainstorming, briefing, planning documents, invoicing, and timelining.
In charge of all product logistics and sendouts for influencer gifting, press call ins, shoots, events, paid content, etc.
Key person managing day-to-day running of press office including image requests, editing copy, managing mailing calendar, downloading assets from global site, keeping press/influencer database up to date.

We'd love to meet you if you have

Experience: 1+ year of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the beauty industry.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Digital marketing knowledge is preferred.
Languages: Native or Full proficiency in English and Spanish.
Competencies:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic experience in Content Creation and Influencer Marketing within the beauty sector.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
A strong interest in beauty and an awareness of current trends.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Specific Knowledge Required:

Basic understanding of the content creation process.
Familiarity with shootings and editing tools is a plus.
Experience or exposure to brand content creation and campaign support.
