Collaborative Planning Executive (Temporary)

Location: Barcelona

Mission: 
As part of the Demand Planning Team, follow-up, support and ensure the continuous improvement of the CPS-Collaborative Planning Process (process to offer and get quantities from Puig Markets, for New Launches and Promotions).

Ensure that the sales forecast for all the Launches, Advertising and Promotional product is available on time with enough accuracy to ensure service level and optimized inventory levels. To ensure consistency between the demand plan and business figures, providing input to the Global & Strategic S&OP.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ KEY TASKS:

Planning

• Coordinate the global Collaborative Planning Process (CPS), following the established procedures and timings for:
• CPS Sessions (periods in which we offer Launches and Promotions to markets)
• Reference-market catalog maintenance for all references

Execution

• Support brands and markets in catalog functionality
• Support markets and customers during open CPS sessions
• Support internal departments in CPS functions, acting as backup for Collaborative Planning Manager.
• Support internal departments in all functions affected by CPS functionality.
• Ensure initial and on-going training for all areas involved in the CPS process
• Identify and develop Improvements for the CPS process and tools.

Control

• Follow-up the Exception Management process (changes requested by brands and markets), supporting the different areas involved in the process (Control Tower, Supply, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Customer Service-Back Office and Markets).
• Follow-up of Exception Management penalties applicable to markets, and the Cut-off plan to finish the previous year Promo plan.
• Within planning and execution, controls to ensure accurate procedures, embedded in weekly, monthly and CPS session related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
 

Experience: 

•  2 years’ experience in a similar position will be valued.

Education:

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, industrial Engineering or similar preferred.
• Other Master’s degrees.

Languages:

• Spanish native 
• English fluent
