OVERVIEW

PUIG is looking for a data-driven, customer-obsessed and analytical CRM Data Analyst for its Global Ecommerce, CRM & Digital Insights Team. Our ideal candidate will drive improvements in our data landscape and secure solid and coherent customer-centric data approach. The focus will be to ensure that our CRM Brand & Global teams have the consumer data availability and quality to communicate accurately, share strategic and actionable insights in a clear and engaging way in order to make data-driven business decisions.
This is a global role that will be an integral part of the overall strategic direct-to-consumer business, shaping how PUIG expands its footprint with consumers globally through our Brands & Markets.ç

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
•    Build Common Cross-Brand Dashboards & ad-hoc Consumer Analysis
•    Make it “easy to get” insights into information related to a single profile as well as per market and take action on it (order history, case history, responses to communication initiatives...)
•    Identify the key data points needed to build the relevant content for the 360 View of the Consumer
•    Identify, cleanse and enrich customer data into a single profile
•    Identify the contact points a customer has had with each Brand (shopping cart, customer service, communities, car deliveries, club visits....) & optimize data collection 
•    Support in gaining and maintaining the data quality for the critical customer data points to secure the 360 View of the Consumer 
•    Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics
•    Review data for inconsistencies or anomalies that could skew analytical results
•    Reporting, monitoring and analyzing key metrics related to onboarding, customer engagement, trial-to-customer conversion, retention, and churn.
•    Track and share Consumer actionable insights and recommendations for program enhancements.
•    Build Key Performance Indicators and success trackers for brand loyalty programs, as well as consumer insights from our most valued consumers 

 

EXPERIENCE 
•    4-6+ years of relevant CRM data management
•    Clear customer-centric vision 
•    Proven experience in supporting and implementing complex data management systems and maintaining high-standard data security practices
•    Cross-functional collaboration. Strong team player with ability to build relationships with teammates in other functions or remote offices and leverage input from across the organization 
•    The ability to decipher and organize large amounts of data and analytical skills
•    Knowledge of relevant programming languages, database systems and big data tools is essential in succeeding in the role.
•    Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, ESP and/or CDP, preferably Exponea
•    Analytical skills. Proven ability in synthesizing and analyzing data, to extract actionable consumer insights and turn them into successful marketing strategies
•    Strong presentation-building, storytelling, and data visualization skills
•    Knowledge in Excel and data visualization and analytics tools, ex. Power BI 
•    Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class customer experiences
•    Good communication skills, written & verbally
•    Fluent English is essential, Spanish & French would be a big advantage
