CRM & E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE- Carolina Herrera

 

Location: Barcelona

 

Mission: We are looking for a CRM & E-Commerce Merchandising Executive to join the international digital team for Carolina Herrera based in Barcelona. Working alongside the CRM & Digital Instore Project Manager and reporting to the CRM & E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of the global CRM strategy and day to day newsletter marketing campaigns of the brand. Additionally, you will support the online merchandising teams with ongoing content contribution for website. Your goal will be to achieve the revenue CRM targets including email database size, activity as well campaign performance (opening rate, click through rates and e-commerce revenues).

 

Functions and Responsibilities:

CRM

 • Working closely with the other digital team members (especially ecommerce visual merchandisers) to align on localized content strategy, plus with global CRM, IT and legal teams to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects.

• Execution of the CRM strategy in line with the global and local priorities, contributing to the continues improvement of our customer life cycle.

• Building the CRM calendar in line with the global and local calendars, making sure all channels are aligned communicating to the user at the same time.

• Ideating, implementing, measuring and optimizing (A/B test) engaging CRM campaigns for fashion and beauty, ensuring the best user experience.

• Managing visual assets, copy and translations.

• Managing HTML creation with the external developers.

 • Designing, setting and launching email marketing campaign templates in the CMS.

• Preparing reports and analyzing targeted email marketing campaigns to get new insights and increase customer engagement, improve conversion and retention.

 • Assisting local market teams with the lead generation campaigns running on social media and/or through an in-house data capture tool: supervise the assets, pull out data and organize it according to the existing guidelines and laws.

• Assuring in time data migration and correct use of it, in line with the GDRP compliance.

 

Onsite Online Merchandising

•Support of online merchandising team with the seasonal trading calendar strategy with focus on new categories/landing pages according to the strategy to be aligned also with Social Media and CRM calendars.

• During peak periods catalog maintenance according to seasonal calendars: upload & maintain products, price list and stock. Ensure digital congruency across regions, confirm optimal digital assortment.

• Partner with Media & PR TEAM, copy, studio and retouching teams to manage constant flow of correct content

• Helping coordinating Ecommerce / CRM shooting across all categories: make up, fragrances and fashion

 

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience with CRM, marketing automation, CMS tools, plus data structures/systems.

• Able to demonstrate commercial aptitude and a pragmatic approach to working

• Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment, attention to detail with quick turnaround while working in a collaborative, positive manner.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills whilst able to prioritize workload accordingly. Ability to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA laws and compliance.

Able to demonstrate commercial aptitude and a pragmatic approach to working.

Strong analytical/numerical skills.

Experience in managing projects that involve content creation & editing.

Understanding of beauty and luxury fashion, branding and an eye for aesthetics.

Excellent time management and organisational skills whilst able to prioritise workload accordingly. Ability to meet deadlines.

An energetic can do and positive attitude.

A Team player with a collaborative work approach and motivation to assume responsibilities outside core focus areas

Experience with Photoshop as well as CMS / E-commerce platoforms is a plus
