Business Insights Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Mission:
The mission will be to deliver data-driven retailer shopper insights to identify growth opportunities, maximize the value of our brands and empower our Commercial & Digital Business Communities.
The successful candidate will have a blend of strategic business thinking, consumer insights, digital analytics and data manipulation skills as well the ability to synthesize and communicate key insights in a visual way.
Functions and Responsibilities:
• Analysis and usage of data to detect opportunities in a continuous manner and help Commercial & Brands teams unlock growth opportunities (Consumer & Shopper Data Platforms, Retailer CRM, Puig Profiler, Sell out data, Digital dashboard, Google Analytics, …).
• Provide strategic actionable insights to our Commercial & Digital Business Communities facilitating the integration of retailer data into the Customer Management Model and responding to brand strategy and priorities.
• Translate strategic insights into Actions, connecting data with Business
Requirements:
• Experience:
3-4 years of experience in Marketing, Commercial, Customer Development or Global Management Consulting (Deloitte, BCG, McKinsey, EY, Bain), managing data and generating business insights.
General knowledge of beauty cosmetics & luxury industry is preferred
Comfortable managing large and complex sets of data to lead data analysis
International experience highly valued.
• Languages:
Bilingual in English and Spanish or French. Any other language would be a plus.

GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, visual presentation skills (excellent knowledge of PowerPoint) bringing innovation in the way insights are shared and presented
